Clinic Supervisor

Requirements and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

• Registration of patients and dispensing of medication
• To lead and supervise staff
• Trace and compile lab and clinical reports
• Assist doctors in simple procedures
• Ensure smooth operations of the clinic
• Oversee clinic finance, administrative functions and maintenance of clinic facilities
• In charge of medicine and supplies stock inventory
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE’A’/ ‘O’ level
• 5 years’ working experience in clinic preferably in a supervisory position
• Familiar with medical terminology and laboratory tests
• IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• Excellent PR skills and telephone etiquette
• Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills

Clinic Assistant

Requirements and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

• Registration of patients and dispensing of medication
• Assist doctors in medical procedures
• Arrange for x-ray or specialist appointments
• Perform general administration

Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ level
• Those with GP clinic experience will be an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work 2 rotating shifts
