The approval letter issued by the Singapore government agency or RGL approval letter is a pre-requisite before our clinic can proceed to perform the Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab Test. You may apply for the approval letter here.
Please note that only approval letters issued by a Singapore government agency or RGL approval letter are allowed.

Yes, there is but it depends on the requirements of your destination country. Usually, the testing window is at least 48 or 72 hours prior to flight.
The cost of the Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab Test is $200 (inclusive of GST). If Serology Test is required, the cost is $68 (subject to GST). There will be no consultation fees or additional charges for the service.
However, if you are consulting for other medical conditions, you will be billed accordingly. Please note that the cost of the Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab Test and Serology Test cannot be billed to your corporate plan or policy.
All swab tests are strictly by appointment only. Please call your preferred MFC clinic to arrange for an appointment.
As part of our protocol, the clinic has to verify the NRIC and Passport as these details need to be reflected in the results memo.
The local address and handphone number are required to facilitate contact tracing in the event that the test result shows positive.
When your results are ready, our clinic staff will reach out to you.
No, you do not need to re-seek an approval for the revised flight timing.
However, your Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab Test must be conducted within the testing windows before the revised flight timing.
My Family Clinic works with authorised laboratory partners appointed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab Tests. There is a possibility that delays will occur in the transport and processing of specimen as well as in conveyance of results.
If the results cannot be furnished within 4 hours of your departure due to exingencies of service on the part of My Family Clinic and/or our laboratory partners, you will be refunded the full cost of the test.
My Family Clinic and/or the partner laboratories shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for costs, loss of income, revenue or profits, business interruption) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use of our test services.
At the point of registration, our clinic staff will share with you the T&Cs of our Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab Test for your review and acceptance before we proceed with the test.
